Ingredients:
3
tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (2 pound) flank steak or round steak or
London Broil
Instructions:
In
a Gallon zipblock bag, mix together garlic, soy sauce, oil, ketchup, oregano,
and black pepper. Score meat in diamond pattern on both sides.
Place
meat in plastic bag with marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat
grill for medium-high heat.
Lightly
oil the grill grate. Place steak on the grill, and discard marinade. Cook to
temperature (see notes) Do not overcook, as it is better on the medium side.

Temps:
Rare: 120 to 125 degrees F
Medium Rare: 130 to 135 degrees F
Meduim: 140 to 145 degrees F
Medium Well: 150 to 155 degrees F
Well: 160 degrees F and above
To
Cook inside: Preheat oven to 400. Heat skillet with 1 TBSP olive oil until hot.
Brown both sides of meat (approx. 2 min on each side). Place pan in oven until
desired temperature.
