Autumn’s Mac and Cheese for 2
Ingredients:
1 TBSP Butter
4-6
oz Velvetta Cheese
¼
c Evaporated Milk
¼
c Water
¼
c Mexican Cheese
2
TBSP Sharp Cheddar
5oz
Mac Noodles
Instructions:
Boil
noodles following instructions on box. Cube the velvetta cheese. After noodles
are done drain in strainer and empty water from pan. Add butter, velvetta,
milk, and water to pan. Stir entire time until melted and creamy. Pour half
cheese mixture into 8x8 baking dish. Add Pasta. Pour the rest of the mixture
and stir until combined. Sprinkle on Mexican cheese. Top with cheddar cheese.
Broil until browned.
Autumn’s Tips: This is the best
mac n cheese! This only serves 2, perfect for portion sizes.
