2 RULES:

Bring Steak to room temperature so that it cooks evenly.

Only use Kosher Salt and Black Pepper!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Steak ( NY Strip, Serlion, or Ribeye)
Kosher
Salt
Black
Pepper
Olive
Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Bring
Meat to room temp.
2. Spray a little
olive oil on both sides and the grill.
3. Season liberally
with kosher salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Grill until
Desireed doneness.
Autumn’s Tips:
Easy!
Rare:
120 to 125 degrees F
Medium Rare: 130 to 135 degrees F
Meduim: 140 to 145 degrees F
Medium Well: 150 to 155 degrees F
Well: 160 degrees F and above
If you are
indoors: Preheat
pan with a little bit of butter. While steak cooks, spoon butter on top of the
steak constantly.

butter:
After your steaks are done if you want a little something special… mix cold
butter with fresh chopped parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add the
cold butter to the hot steak and let it melt. YUM!
